Hello, everyone. We want to provide an update on the ongoing Multichain issue. Kava is interacting with Multichain to address and gather information regarding the bridge pathway issues affecting wBTC, wETH, USDC, USDT, and DAI. Multiple layer-1 blockchains, including Kava, are interacting with Multichain to resolve this matter, although a specific timeline has not yet been established. In the meantime, the Kava chain offers alternative bridges, such as Axelar, which provide users with access to services. Kava is also working to integrate other bridge providers to expand user options. Thank you for your understanding and patience. We are committed to sharing timely updates as they become available.

The Kava Labs engineering team discovered a non-determinism bug on the testnet last week. They have root-caused the issue and are upgrading the testnet to fix the bug. Due to the testnet downtown, they are pushing back the expected mainnet upgrade to Wednesday, May 17th, at approximately 15:00 UTC.

Hello Everyone. We acknowledge the issues users are facing with RPC endpoints on Kava. We did some anaysis and find that the spam attack on our mempools is continuing in random. This is causing the rpc endpoints' reach their rate limits, causing the above issues. The engineering team is working on a progressive fix implementing and improving the spam filters on our nodes. We'll co-ordinate with the team to find if we can implement a quick fix for the problem today and update as soon as there are more details.

You can always make a small repayment of USDX to be safe if preferred.
