Radiant December Office Hours - Recap The monthly office hours have resumed, providing key updates, community proposals, and a vision for the future. Restart and Key Updates: Radiant is redeploying the Arbitrum and BNB core markets from scratch: • Arbitrum is the current priority, with testing already underway. • BNB markets will follow after Arbitrum. • To enhance security, time locks have been implemented for upgrades, introducing slight delays to the process. Remediation Plans and Community Proposals: Several recovery proposals were discussed, including earlier ideas like isolated lending markets and debt tokens, which were ultimately deemed impractical. The New Remediation Proposal introduces claim contracts where affected users receive a percentage of losses. Funding will come from partners, angel investors, and Radiant's fundraising efforts. A finalized version of this proposal will be shared soon for community review. Emergency Community Council: A draft proposal for the creation of an Emergency Community Council was introduced to strengthen decentralization: • Designed to make Radiant more DAO-focused and community-driven. • Council members will be elected annually, supported by a dedicated team. Exploit Updates and Future Features: Exploit Findings: The attack was traced back to a malicious PDF sent by an impersonator. Full details are available in a recently published Medium article.
