The deputies fell behind when the Kava app nodes went down and are taking a while to catch up.

The engineering team just confirmed BEP3 transfers haven't been working again (mostly) because the deputies on Binance have been falling behind.
We are reaching out to Binance to see if they can put up more performant nodes to get the data synced up. The Binance Beacon chain might be slow due to the high number of transactions.
