The Kava Labs engineering team discovered a non-determinism bug on the testnet last week. They have root-caused the issue and are upgrading the testnet to fix the bug. 

Due to the testnet downtown, they are pushing back the expected mainnet upgrade to Wednesday, May 17th, at approximately 15:00 UTC.
